Hi Paul, are you using SAFARI under WINDOWS or on APPLE? I use Safari myself under LEOPARD & have not noticed the issue (we mainly email so means little). I will try tomorrow when back online & see if I have the same issue. By "quotations" I assume you are referring to "Estimates"?

Thanks Jane, I now have an issue too :) I am now unsure but I think I used to be able to make the 'Other Name" inactive w/o it making the customer inactive as well. I just tried and having the same result as you. I can't delete it either.

what happens when you go to lists\relationships\other names & select "show inactives"....can you tick the checkbox beside the "other name" you are having difficulty in deleting & then hit "submit" bottom RHS?

I would be checking with support on this because if it is same as SSL (QTY) then we were seeing say SSL=1, then PSL multiplied out by say 8 locations, 7 inactive, 1 active (been trying to kill off MLI for years)....the total then shows as 8 for PSL PLUS....any auto calculated figures from sales history. I thought I would trial "Orders" rather than "Sales", as some of our items can take 12-18months to manufacture & receive, so waiting on the item to be invoiced would miss opportunities for us by not restocking as the auto's would not be calculating. I am trying to use "Mass Update\Update Prices" by selecting "average cost" & filetring by a custom group. Issue is that it finds only 3 of say 20 items to update in the delected group. All of the sudden, when I have Editing Enabled on an Item list view and I change some prices, Netsuite is not saving my changes. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? would be a good idea,we too waste time entering the "Sales Order" only to find we cannot save it. You cannot even open another tab and take the client off hold because you then return to the "SO" and F5 to update the account hold info only to lose the entered data.....how hard could it be?

today I tested and seems to be operating again....but....the items created or "saved as" seem to need more letters in the "global search" i.e. P/N# 6317-C3 is a new item created since started working again and needs "6317-" to be inserted before the search locates the item. Pre-existing items only needed about 3 characters…
