We are working with a third party on this tool. It is taking longer than we had hoped. We are working as fast as possible to get a solid release out the door, but we don't want to push out something that isn't ready. I wish I could make it happen faster, and we apologize for the delay. So far people who have seen the new…

my order items has never worked successfully....yesterday for instance, I tried again with creating a new item....then created my first sales order for 1 piece....NS then suggested auto ordering min/max 4 pieces. I have tried a few variations in my setup in conjunction with NS support......12 months trying and still we…

does anyone know if this works yet?
-
we have 2007 now, is this issue fixed?
-
:( we have a similar issue where we prepare an "estimate", change the email address in the "send to" box. The estimate goes to the correct contact....BUT....this contact then replies, message comes into Outlook Inbox showing correct 'FROM" address (same as "SENT TO" address on the estimate) and then the ERROR! When you…

sorry....where is the field in Mass Update for item costs? I have filtered the supplier and wish to add 4% to all costs from this supplier but same as above....no field to fill in??
-
I have turned back on "Multiple Vendors" and successfully imported the updated costs, thanks. My old issue is back now where I cannot display "cost" and can only display "vendorcost", The difference is "vendorcost" is displayed in the actual purchased currency whereas "cost" is converted to $AUD when displayed by…

The field allows "AUTO" credit hold on overdue clients or of available credit has been exceeded. As the field can be set to "OFF" by individual employee's to "override" the hold status, this needs a mass update scheduled to return all accounts back to "AUTO" status.

I am looking now for this field.....1.5 years since Angela's post, did it ever eventuate? Maybe I am looking in all the wrong places.........

:mad::mad: :mad: :mad:

that would have been too easy :) , thanks for the thought anyway.

and ensure you are not using OL2007
-
we try to use SO then create PO from the SO.....this mostly links them by showing the SO# on the PO. Problem is that 1 PO is required per SO leading to numerous PO's. Other problem is that it has been faily prone to bugs with items still appearing on the "Inventory to be ordered" report after the PO has been created…
-
Jim, been our 1 and only browser for some time. NS works really well with WIN7, except for the latest OL package from NS, but if you stick to the older version from NS then no worries in upgrading. ;)

Hi Brion, what I do is export the items list ensuring that I have "internal ID" showing as a column. This is to ensure I pick up assy items as well as items when importing, map then against this ID when importing. If your items list has not changed to any great degree then simple copy & paste of the new costs should be…

Have tried them all....IE7 is the only browser not showing bugs for us.
-
but I can edit my "reorder Multiples". Do you change to "ITEMS" on the view as it will not allow you to edit if showing "ALL"?
-
but I save to cases already (or so I thought) Hi! This is a great tool! Wonder if this is the right place to make a suggestion to really improve upon it. Right now, it only allows emails to be saved to a customer or contact view. What would REALLY help is to add options to save emails to projects and cases as…
-
and also watch that little "nasty" where you send an estimate to a customer via email and change the address to another contact! When customer does reply to "sender" and you then also do the same then the email actually goes to the "default" email address in the customer and not to the person/contact you are actually…

The list of items can be filtered but there isn't a specific filter for having a price at a particular (or the customer's) price level. The customer may have different price levels for different items, so that is tricky to do. A simple approach might be an option to exclude all items for which the price level is "base…

my vote is in

be mindful of the fact that if 1 PO and multiple receipts that it will cause a headache.....i.e. PO to factory, 3 part deliveries, 3 invoices, 3 freight bills etc....NS is not up to the task yet. :(
-
yes, ours are the same but NS advise this is a limitation in their system. We suggested 6 months ago the need for an enhancement but seems like we were the only ones encountering the issue, you now make 2.......
-
resolved itself I believe
-
seem to be having a similar issue with our normal account at present.
-
yes, you can keep the assy's, build/unbuild the assy's, purchase the assy's
-
Olivier is correct. We use "assy items" and can purchase these when required since NS allowed this 3 or 4 versions ago. Due to the current GFC, we stock mainly the member items and build the assy as required, this cuts inventory levels considerably. The trick is, set your assy item to automatically create a workorder on…

I am still struggling just to search an item availability & price using the iPhone/Netsuite download from the apps store. You can drill down to an item from a sales order so this should in theory be possible, to just search an item. Would like to hear how you go with the iPad.

1. We rate it a 2, bit like telex to fax machine, wouldn't be able to live without it if we had it, until then we will survive. 2. Would like to check inventory, enter an Opportunity, estimate etc 3. Iphone. 4. Yes, a nominal fee only, not development costs. 5. Yes, we live in BETA land!

We too are waiting patiently & using the 3rd party NESTSYNX which costs money, about time NS integrated with the Apple's same as it supports Microsoft. An update would be appreciated.
