we used the "Advanced Partner" login, assign the customer to the partner, set up email alert to partner that shows them a new Opportunity exists. Hi Evan, how do we set this to automatically update though? The only point that we would consider we have "overridden" is the changing of a line item value, we often don't see that the total has failed to update.

This works but does not overcome the issue where you want to say include a "Dealer/Distributor" who may be the original supplier to your end user who is working a warranty case or with the supplier if a manufacturing issue. Good question, I was trying to find the field "Due By" which can be added to a report but no field is showing on the sales order. We changed "End date" to read "Due By" and away we went.

make it an option box as we definitely do not want it. Much prefer the ability to send revised estimates or option estimates and then when 1 has been selected/sold then the OPP clears from the pipeline. :)

Damon, I personally find in my system that if I delete the custom field from my "Custom Inventory Form" then we cannot DLE the "custom" field on any of the templates we use.

You might need to use a function to remove spaces and leading 0 from the number. That would require you to check "formula" and then use SQL syntax. "0418 197 928" is the format used, even "0418 197928" fails as has a "0" as first numeral and a space further in....we would need to go thru all the numbers and format to something like "+61418197928" to get a failsafe combo.....sounds too hard.

Disregard, changed # format to "+61418197928" and works fine. Hi Evan, unsure what I am doing wrong but when I have a # in the record such as "0418197928" and hit the custom field created for SKPE, it distorts to +6141%20819%207928". Any idea's?

Main issue here is when the adressee is "copied & pasted" to change the "default", when the customer/contact replies with say a question, you then reply to his email....NS sends it automatically to the default address and shows the addressee in the "to" field.....many months waiting for this to be fixed and many customer…

Paul, save your money! We went down that path with a trial version.....waste of time & unless the price changed, waste of money. If using windows/iPhone then a "managed exchange" mail box is the way to go, you can get a virtual one from "web central" or similar. This sync's straight to the iPhone and your normal Outlook…

we handle this by changing the settings on our web server and not by changing inside NS. So then we just log into our hosted exchange, provision the required settings, de-provision the NS redirects and bingo, gone from NS to external hosted site. www.invertek.com.au
