@Mike Begalle You could try checking the 'NetSuite Login Audit Log' to double check the user isnt kicking themselves out accidentally with different browsers. Or if someone else is kicking them out by logging into their account from a different ip

Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA , I don't think you can block receipts/fulfillments but at least on fulfillment side you could default the "Ship Date" on sales orders to skip holidays and weekends with the preference under Setup->Accounting->Shipping
