The Custom Workflow had been functioning well for almost a full year before this incident.

The Workflow had been active from the beginning as it was created by Oracle NetSuite's own project team. The count used to be correct (since August 2020). But it began acting like this only in August 2021.

Hello Sharmaine, We do have a Custom Workflow for the Purchase Order approval process. Upon checking, Yes, the Setup>Accounting>Accounting Preferences>Approval Routing>Purchase Order is marked as Enabled. The Reminder was working fine for almost a year already but suddenly acted this way. Thanks.

Just now (literally 60 seconds ago) we solved the problem by setting Permission for the Custom Role for Lists->Accounts to FULL instead of VIEW and the dropdown list now populates as expected.
