Yes, I have created a saved search as the report, which will have the same Item name (Format) and Line ID. Then while updating used the SO order number and the Line ID of the Item. This approach worked for me.

Hi @tech work if you are an admin and have the option to add the portlet link, then right-click on the top right there you will find the option to personise the portet and there you can able to see the option to add a link or add a saved search or report snapshot ,etc
