We are also having hard time getting it to work well. Finding missed transactions from the import. Team do not like the functionality/UI. I find it easy just to clear/exclude transactions and not correctly match, and there is no simple way to view the bank statement imported.

having similar issues with bank feeds. Some transactions seem to be missed and imports not always full, sometimes transactions come in the next day, not all at once.
