Yes, as I mentioned in my original post, Print > Save As PDF works fine. It's only when trying to download the PDF that I'm having an issue.
-
Yes, we're also seeing (in some cases very) large delays in emails.
-
We're still seeing issues with this as of 4:30pm EST. Most are related to a listing on Spamhaus, however I'm seeing some reports of listings on other spam services as well. I should also note that these are not campaign emails but just regular system emails (quotes, cases, etc). Just opened case # 2807191.

Status page was updated: We are currently experiencing severe service degradation of the NetSuite production service. NetSuite engineers have been notified and are working on a resolution at the highest priority. We will provide another update in an hour. Please note that the NetSuite Customer Support communication…

Some of us are getting back in now. Hopefully it lasts.

Just to add to the list, we've got 5 or 6 clients that are affected as well in NY. Oddly it's not all employees (for example I personally have yet to have an issue, but we have about 50 users down around me). Edit: Spoke too soon... :(
-
system2.netsuite.com also does not work.
-
Just a bit of an update for anybody who may be interested, we identified that it's not an IE 11.0.41 issue. Installed 11.0.41 on another machine and everyone is able to log in without issue. The only thing we can think of is that these are FedEx owned shipping stations that are running McAfee (the other machines in the…

We have a client that is having this issue with Item Fulfillments after last night's 17.1 upgrade.
-
Just for anyone else having this issue, seems to be related to having the "Inventory Detail" column hidden on the custom form. Turning it on allowed us to save successfully.
-
Definitely still down on multiple accounts here in NY.
-
It's been extremely up and down for us and a large number of our clients (not all). Oddly, even within specific accounts, some users can get in, others cannot.
-
We're up and down in NY.
-
One of our clients is also getting a "The system is currently unavailable while we undergo our regularly scheduled maintenance." message. They weren't warned about any scheduled maintenance however...
-
Down again - system unavailable for regular maintenance. This is really getting frustrating...
-
Seeing the same thing across numerous accounts here. All show Client as the issue.
-
Same as yesterday here, can access some of our client's accounts but not others (not the same subset as yesterday). In NY.
-
Yeah, worked for a few minutes but we're down again too.
-
And it's back...
-
We're a partner with access to multiple accounts. I can get into some but not others. We're all in NY.
-
I've been having a similar problem since about 9:45pm EST last night, though not quite identical. We've been getting Unexpected Errors off of one particular script when it tries to execute a search of calendar events. Additionally, I've been getting Unexpected Errors off of the NetSuite for Outlook connector, starting…

Out of our dozen or so clients (we're a partner), only one is having this issue (that we've heard of, and I'm sure we would have heard from the others). Not sure what's unique about this one. Still down. This is getting to be ridiculous.
-
Also having the same issue here. We're shut down! ...And I can't get through to NetSuite support. Awesome. Edit - after sitting on hold for 15 minutes without an answer, I filed a case through SuiteAnswers (case 2277893). Just got attached to defect 362412.
-
Back up here. Client isn't too happy, but back up...
-
Down in NY.

I was told by support that there is no way to recover the contents of any missed emails, but by request they could run me a report of the sender's address and subject on any impacted emails so at least I can get some idea of the true impact this had today. Is there any possibility of getting some additional details on what…
-
Also effected by this. Our help desk is basically shut down at this point.
-
I can appreciate that SuiteAnswers was updated, but the issue with that approach is that I don't spend my day in SuiteAnswers, and thus never saw the notification (aside from the fact that the banner simply says there's an issue with "Case and Email Notifications", which to me sounds like outbound emails, not…
-
My upper management also wants to know some details as to what caused this issue once it's resolved (other than it was a technical issue). They are not happy about this one as we've been down almost all day. Agreed that it's a joke that status.netsuite.com says no issues - all systems are fully operational.
-
I'm seeing the same thing. One account is moving fine, two others are taking forever to log in to (it looks like I actually can't get into them at all right now).
