We haven't had a very good experience with Lot Numbers, and are patiently awaiting the day that Netsuite will let us change our Lot Numbered Inventory Items to normal Inventory Items. I am also not able to see the button for enhancement voting in Firefox or Safari on a mac. I tried removing the NetSuite Support Center (basic) role and adding the NetSuite Support Center role, but then NetSuite Account Center portlet said I did not have permission to access the Account Center.

I was just trying to run a search to see if any items were assigned to a specific Item Drilldown Template and could not find the field. Why do I feel like I used to be able to use this field in searches? If someone had asked me ten minutes ago if I could, I would've bet money that I could. I'm literally shaking my head…

This is something I do monthly and would like to set up as a Workflow, rather than manually performing the CSV import. The Require Password Change on Next Login is not available for use in a Workflow. Is there any possibility that it will be available in the future for use in Workflows?

And both are now back up. I was getting a 502 error on both sites. The office called and they were not able to log into the UI until the sites came back up. Hopefully that was it. system2 was also working for us at the time.

I answered my own question by updating the FEDEX DROPOFF TYPE to 'Request Courier', and the rate went even higher. I also tried changing the FedEx Rates Type from 'List Rates' to 'Negotiated Rates', and the Shipping Rates in the Checkout Area was still over 200% higher than it should've been. We received an email from an angry customer about our FedEx rates. The rate she saw on the Checkout page was $47.48 for a 12.64 lb. shipment from Charlotte, NC to The Villages, FL through FedEx Home Delivery. I don't know how this happens, but almost every time I take vacations days, the system goes down. It's always on the first day. It's a not so funny running joke in the office. Anyway, just got a call that both of our accounts are down in North Carolina. We're on the NA3 data center.

One user seeing the error was using the saved password in Chrome. I asked them to type the password and try, and they got the "incorrect username or email" error. After I reset the password on their record and had them type it in, they were logged in successfully.

This appears to have been an issue with the computer I was using at the time, even after testing in multiple browsers. The web stores for both of our accounts went completely down for a period of about 10-15 minutes around 2:30 ET. There are a couple saved searches I've had to schedule to get the results today, where I can normally just view the results at any time.
