Well, whatever was happening seems to have been short lived. The speed on both sites appear to be back to normal.

I can't even submit a support ticket on system2.netsuite.com for either account. Wheel has been spinning for about 15 minutes while trying to submit the first ticket.

The status page states the issue was resolved at 11:00pm, not sure what time zone. It's 11:38 pm here. Clearly, the issue is not resolved

We are receiving an error that states: "The payment processor you requested is unavailable. Please try again later." Yes, we are experiencing an issue as well. One CSR had an issue a few hours ago trying to bill an order. After about ten minutes, it finally went through. Now, she and another CSR are both receiving errors.

We just discovered that all of our items are incorrectly being reported as out of stock, in saved searches and on the website. We've been at "testing/pending release" for 6 hours and "fix is pending release" for at least 3 and a half hours. Is there an eta on when the fix will be released? Why does the NetSuite Status page still say "No issues to report"?

I set up a custom record to collect form entries form customers. I finalized it yesterday and it was working just fine. I just retested and am now getting "You cannot submit this form due to an unexpected error." when trying to submit the form.
