Having issues right now trying to fulfill and bill orders.
-
We're also experienced it in North Carolina, but seems to be coming back up now.
-
Luke, No, I'm not having any issues nor receiving any errors when removing items from the shopping cart.
-
Is everyone else still having issues? We can't save Sales Orders or Fulfillments. Is there a new ETA for the fix?
-
We are continuing to receive the "unexpected error"
-
It has not been resolved for us either. We are unable to ship orders.
-
We get 99.9% of orders through the web store, so I hadn't tested orders entered in the admin area yet. We are unable to save sales orders entered in the admin area. Our sister company is a Netsuite customer, and they did not experience any of these errors.
-
I see Netsuite just classified this as a "Minor Service Interruption" on the status site. We have not been able to transact business for the last 90 minutes. NS knows how to make us feel pretty "minor". Agreed. When an entire business is down for an hour or longer, it's not a minor interruption.
-
The back end and websites are back up
-
Our problem ended up being our domain's name server going down.
-
Completely down in Kansas City. Building full of sales people who can't sell. This is completely unacceptable. Agreed. Cannot accept orders. Cannot process orders. Cannot ship orders.
-
Two accounts down in North Carolina...
-
Both Netsuite accounts that I manage are extremely slow this morning. Every page in the back end takes minutes to load, when they usually take a few seconds. Submitting orders in both web stores is also taking a very long time. So long that I am surprised that they are not timing out.
-
We're still seeing intermittent UNEXPECTED_ERROR problems (though it's largely back to normal). It's troubling when scripts are throwing these errors related to an infrastructure problem, particularly when processes end up half-completed due to a script failing halfway through its work. Getting a post-mortem on this would…

We are still getting errors too. We cannot create new Purchase Orders. We get a popup error when we try to save and nothing happens. We still have to use the workaround to print Sales Orders, Fulfillments, Invoices, etc. The issues are definitely not fixed.
-
Saving and printing transactions causes "Unexpected error"... We have seen the same thing when trying to Save & Print Purchase Orders and Sales Orders. In the case of Sales Orders, we receive the unexpected error message, but it actually saves. I am not sure if that is the case with Purchase Orders. In any event, the…

Mike, Are you referring to campaign type emails or Purchase Orders, order confirmation emails, etc? If the former, I'll start my own thread. If the latter, SuiteAnswers Answer Id: 20695 re: Best Practices to Avoid Bounces on Emails Sent to AOL Mail Users does not seem to apply.

Depending on the browser, our web stores are alternating between non-responsive and taking several minutes to load each page.
-
Same here! Both Sites!
-
Both sites are now back up and fully functional...hopefully for good this time.
-
Both accounts are back up, back end and websites
-
I have two sites that have been down since about 11:30 EST. I checked the site of a company close to us and they are down as well. We are in the Charlotte, NC area. I haven't even been able to get the User Group to load until just now.
-
Two accounts still down. I only have intermittent access to the User Group.
-
Websites for both accounts are still down. I can access the admin area for one account, but not the other. For the admin account I can access, others in the building are not able to. For the account that I cannot log in, no one in their building can log in either.
-
Both sites are down again today. That's two days in a row.
-
At least the status page reflects the current status...
-
I oversee two Netsuite accounts and a web store for each. Ours are both down. I can sometimes get to the home page and maybe a category page, but that is all. Very very slow, and very very frustrating. Thanks for the heads up saguilar.
-
Our sites seem to be back up too.
-
Both of my accounts have been attached to the defect. By the way, I totally agree with you farrago. I come here before I check that page.
-
That's what I was afraid of. Yes, I don't really trust the status page. When things start going wrong, I usually come here first to see if others are experiencing the same thing. Not to mention, if I feel teh need to check that page, I am already aware that there is something wrong. I need a notification that is different…
