Hi Richard. No it's a select drop down box as a column on the sublist. I gather some information on the form and then when I click the custom button (not submit) it dyanmically creates a sublist and fills in a couple of rows. One of the columns on the row is a select box and I need to populate that with some options. Chris

Update I just noticed that the template it is using is Custom PDF Template not Advanced PDF template. How do I get the Print Mailing Lists feature to print using Advanced PDF rather than Custom PDF? Chris
