In this email header code, you can see that the email used in the "FROM" line is incorrect but the "Reply-To" line is correct. That is what needs to be used for the case creation.

This is not the case. It was ALWAYS mandatory for over 3 years of using NetSuite. Now suddenly in the last 2 weeks it changed.

No unfortunately this does not work. This displays "Expected Ship Date" from the line item, not "Ship Date" From the header. I do not have Expected Ship Date filled in on the line level on my sales orders. So nothing displays. I want the ship date, that is under the shipping tab in a sales order to be on the search results.
