Hi Tapendra, The role isn't custom, it's the standard BOOKKEEPER role in NS.

Thank you @Todd N Niedringhaus for your response. The role does already have FULL access to the Find Transaction. the custom view of A/R - A/P isn't impacting - the issue is the transaction tab on the customer page doesn't even show up under this role.
