Hi @User_9VVSQ, as a standard behavior of accounting periods, no one can make general ledger impacting changes to posting transactions in a closed period. The period must be reopened before these changes can be posted. Hope this clarifies :)

Hello @kees.netsuiteadmin, were you able to check the comment above? :)

Hello @kees.netsuiteadmin, on the Edit Layout of Financial Report Builder, under the Cost of Goods Sold financial section, you can manually include the Account numbers mentioned so that it would appear under that section: This is how it looks like: Hope this helps! :)

Hi @User_6AO59, Could you verify if the role is restricted to any specific subsidiaries? The selected subsidiary on the 'New Financial Report' might be restricted for that role, which could be causing access issues. Hope this helps! :)

Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA, can you try expanding the Sales Tax Item folder instead then choose Name under it? Here's a sample Journal Entry with Tax Code: Here's how it appeared on the BS Detail report after customizing: Hope this helps! :)

Hi @Mary Rivas, upon review, the system's standard behavior indicates that the Nexus record does not include a Subsidiary field for grouping purposes, nor is it customizable. Hi @User_7NK3Q, I tried creating a saved search with criteria: type = payment then on the results tab I selected Applied to transactions field… = Document Number and here's what I got: As per above, it seems that it is pulling the right document number for the invoice. Hope this helps! :)

Thank you for providing your insights, @Amanda Edwards! 😊 Hi @Elina Kourouzidou, were you able to check Amanda's comments above? If you want to exclude the subsidiary from the list, you have the option to make them inactive. However, the transactions associated with that subsidiary will still remain. Hope this helps!
