We had to create an HTML layout to make this happen. It would be nice to add to the PDF form layout an option to automatically include a PDF file that resides in the file cabinet.

Address same as Company (check box) If checked it will alway pull from the companies address, meaning that if the companies address changes so does the contacts. Managing Dups and keeping data clean has become and on going nightmare... We run nightly lead imports and because the company name might not be the same, or dup detection couldn't identify a dup record, it creates another record.
