Hi Michelle, Here is the work flow:

Hi Michelle, Thank you for looking into this! Are you using a workflow for the approval routing? Yes, we are. Is this a new user? No, it has existed since we went live. The Purchasing Manager Is this a new role assigned to the user? No, since go live. Are you getting an error? No, the checkbox is not visible to uncheck.…

Hi Shamaine, My apologies, I have been out of the office. I will reply tomorrow with the error that I got, I can not remember it at the moment. Thank you so much for looking into this for me. Warm regards, Dallas
-
Perfect! Thank you Patrick!
-
Hi Ivy, I totally get that and I will add my vote for it. Thank you! I am also wondering if there is a way on this report to filter anything that has a 0 for safety stock or is blank? Thank you, Dallas
-
Hi Ivy, I can't believe I missed that, wow lol. Thank you. I am curious though about one thing. I have it working correctly, but I want it to email an alert whenever the item is below the safety stock instead of on a schedule. I set it up like I normally do and tested it, but received no email?? Here is what I have set,…

Hi Ivy!, I am trying to make a very specific saved search based off this one for 1 specific item, I know this is technically a new question, but I wasn't sure how to tie them together?? I first tried just adding the item name, but that returned no results. I then removed a lot of the criteria that we irrelevant to this…

Hi Dominica, Sorry for the delay, here are the results. I was not able to also add to the results, but I did make the changes. It appears to be the same result. Thank you, Dallas
-
That would help lol, that one is still there just further down the list.
-
Here you go! Thank you again!
-
Hello, Sorry for my late reply, I was away for a few days. It does not appear to have worked though. Here are the screenshots, did I do something wrong?
-
Hi Dominica, I am not sure if you are away this week, just wanted to see if you saw my last message? Thank you, Dallas
-
Hi Dominica, I must have mad a mistake because it is still showing the customer invoices with paid in full. Will you please take a look and let me know what I did wrong? Thank you, Dallas I picked the second one down
-
Hi Dominica, I was able to figure out the changes to items, so that's good. We now know that we also need to add in the criteria to exclude customer invoices with a status of "paid in full". Once we eliminate that we will have the list right where we want it. Sorry for all the changes, I didn't know some of these things…
-
That worked! Although it revealed that I need to filter out sales orders with certain items on them. Can I add "none of these items" to the criterial? would that work?
-
Now that I am looking at it, the problem existed prior to the tax line. this is a shot with that removed. I have striped away a bunch of thing to try and figure out the cause. Here is what is remaining and the result. Hopefully this helps narrow it down. Thank you again!
-
I took the screenshot before it saved, the and is in there with the same result. I have not added the status as I didn't want to confuse the matter.
-
Hi Dominica, I add the fields in but now it is showing all the sales orders and deposits, not just the ones that don't match or do not exist. Please see the screenshots and let me know if I made a mistake. I would also like to add the sales order status if it doesn't mess anything up. Thank you again for working on this!
-
Hi Dominica, I put the search into production and now when look at the report it is showing the taxes for terms customers. I am also hoping to add the name of the customer on the search, but when I try it shows 2 lines for each transactions. 1 for the total transaction and 1 separately for the tax. I believe because the…

Hi Ivy, I did test this and it worked great thank you, however the normal "yes" is not visible? Its really strange.
-
Hi Ivy, Mission accomplished!!! Woohoo, Ivy strikes again!! Thank you so much!
-
Hi Ivy, Finally figured it out, (of course it is the very last Criteria to add lol). Inventory Location on Order : is Empty. I tried changing it to less than or equal to 0 and it only showed the 1 item that wouldn't show on the other report. The other three disappeared. Not sure what to try next.
-
Ahh that makes more sense lol. Here you go, looks pretty much the same
-
Ok that worked, 44432 items lol ? It includes all the criteria we excluded. You are narrowing it down!!!
-
Oh thank you Ivy! Here you go.
-
I see what you're saying now, and no it is not showing up. Darn. It thought that was it. PLEASE don't send me to support! PLEEEEEASE!!!!!! Stay with me Ivy, I beg you! Here is the screenshot of the Saved search with the three items that show and the one that doesn't. Here is the Jenn - Available
-
Hi Ivy, It is just a checkbox, I checked it and unchecked it and now it shows up with the "no". The reason I added this is because there are many items that are branch exclusive so we don't want a list full of non stocking items for the branch. I thought the checkbox as an easy solution, but maybe there is a smarter way?
-
Thats fantastic! Thank you so much!
-
Hi Ivy, You have done it again! Here is the screenshot, and it is obvious that the issue is with "Do not show on list CGY". I expected because the only option is yes or no when the reality is its blank(meaning show it on the list). Is there a work around for this? Well done again!
-
Oh Dominica, we are so close. It totally works! I just want to double check does this cover us if the sales rep forgets to create a deposit record? Would I need to do a separate saved search to check refunds too? Thank you again for taking so much time to help me! Dallas
