Please note that on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.

This is perfect! Thank you!
-
It looks like this won't really show in saved search unless a Drop-ship or special order PO is already created
-
Thank you!

@Aljan Patrick Mendoza-Oracle Regarding this question What recommended options are available for extracting data from NSAW on a scheduled or automated basis? The answer we are looking for is how to export data from NSAW other than the the file and schedule email
-
Thank you @Aljan Patrick Mendoza-Oracle ! I'll wait for your reply about Whether NSAW provides an API that supports outbound data access
-
@Red Velasco-Oracle thank you for this info. Apparently, it's not a dulicate record issue. I have already raised this ticket to NetSuite Support but haven't heard back from there yet.
-
Thank you @Tris Mendoza-Oracle ! Apparently, what we need the manual to work the same as automated one and wondering if there's just a setting we need to adjust. Thanks anyways.
-
@Tris Mendoza-Oracle yes, that is correct and meets our expectation. However, my concern is when a special work order is not created automatically, meaning a user will click the create 'Work Order' from the SO line, the behaviour is different. it is now the same as the Supply Required by Date in the SO. why is this so?
-
Yes, I am referring to that. Thanks for this info, Patrick.
-
Just for the saved search purposes

Hi, While the search helps getting the related Vendor Bills from the Purchase Order, it is also showing other vendor bills other than the ones related to the inbound shipment. Is there a way we could only show the vendor bills related to the Inbound shipment only?
-
@Niks Blando-Oracle Yes, it is marked as True. But it looks it has a different behaviour than what is expected
-
This is all good now
