I actually just figured out the solution now! The Sales Order form i was using was not displaying the item line field "Description" I checked the box to show this and now the qty returnable is working properly. Thank you everyone for your help and support!

Hi Joahnna, I appreciate the information, I'm still stumped though since I'm not using any forms created from a bundle. I'm using the same form in both Sandbox and Production, Sandbox works fine but not Production. Any advice on how i should proceed? I would really like to fix this but have no idea on what to do next.

Hi Elychelle, This is the answer, thank you! I tested using a standard form and indeed the qty returnable now shows. Now if only i could figure out why in Sandbox the same form doesn't have the issue but it does in Production, the form isn't from any bundle either.
