@Shamaine Chan-Oracle How about pulling a report through saved searches telling me these orders are from the same customers and they go to the same addresses. Is this possible? So I can manually do something about them if I need to. Thanks a lot for your help ?, David

@Shamaine Chan-Oracle Thank you so much for your reply and for your help. So what is the workaround with that? How can my team know what items are they picking or receiving? They will not be able to tell through the item number only. Can't we even make a custom field there that can show the display name through sourcing?
