Hi Rachel, Regarding the duplicate lines it may be due to the Accounts used in the transaction line record. If you add the Account field from the transaction and preview the results you may be able to remove the duplicates by adding an Account criteria filter.

My company is in the same boat. Will need to customize a spam check somehow. Entering a vote in SuiteIdeas for the above enhancement numbers will be useless. Does anything ever get implemented from SuiteIdeas? Even the ideas with the most votes don't seem to be ever implemented even after a number of years.
