Hello @Mikko De La Fuente-Oracle! The enhancement is not quite what I meant. This enhancement is about customizing the Summary box. I don't want to customize it, I what to hide it.
-
@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle, Everything is clear, thank you for taking the time to explain this to me.
-
Hello @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle, Thank you for your effort. I will discuss this with our developer.
-
Hello @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Thank you for taking the time to investigate this for me! You're example makes it very clear, although I do have some additional questions: Will the option All look at the current subsidiary, all subsidiaries or just the parent company? Do I understand correctly that the option My Team will…
-
Hello @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle , No worries, i'm glad that you think along with me! I know that the standard behavior is that it will be automatically tagged as the Default Shipping and Default Billing Address, but users can disable these options before saving and there will be no warning or error. I want to build in a…

Hello @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle, Actually, it's neither of both ? It should always be possible to add an address to the Customer en Vendor records. Maybe it becomes clearer when I give examples: 1 address When there is only 1 address, the Default Shipping and Default Billing Address should always be Enabled on this…
-
Hello @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle, I've tried your solution, but unfortunately it doesn't work. With enabling 'Never Empty' it's still possible to add one address and disable the 'Default Shipping' and 'Default Billing' options. Is there another way to get this done?
-
Hello @Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle! Thank you for your answer and screenshots. It's more a manual ? It works excellent!
-
Hello @Kristoffer Viray-Oracle, Ok, thanks for the information!
-
Hello @Kristoffer Viray-Oracle! Thanks for the instructions! I've followed you're instructions and created the field: It would be even better if I could get the 'Drag and Drop' option within this window. So it would look like this: Do you know if this is possible?
-
@Katerina Winklerova-Oracle, Do you mean that it is possible with an HTML formula to just highlight one column?
-
Hello @Kristoffer Viray-Oracle, I will test discuss your suggestion with our developer. He's quite busy at the moment so this can take a while. When there is an update, I'll post it over here.
-
Ok thanks, I'll will discuss this with a developer.
-
Hello @Kristoffer Viray-Oracle, Do you mean to use this scriptline within a Workflow or within a SuiteScript scriptfile?
-
Hello @Kristoffer Viray-Oracle, I can ask our developer to look into this. Do you have any suggestions for SuiteScript commando's?
-
I have tested this on my test account and I can confirm that Set Field Value does not work on Payment File Format field. Good to know! As per checking, the action works on After Record Submit trigger but I think this trigger would not be feasible on your business process. You're right, this doesn't work in my case. As a…

I've found a couple of solutions. No experience so far, but it looks promising: https://www.summitit.com/ https://cloudprint.ketka.eu/

Thank you for the explanation @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle!

Hello @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle! Thanks for your extended explanation! I'm implementing NetSuite for a Dutch customer (the Netherlands). We are using SuiteTax. Within this environment 'Sales Tax Payment' is not available. There is a report 'Periodic VAT return - OB 69' that can be generated. So only reporting is provided…
-
Hello @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle , Yes, this helps! Thank you!
-
Hello @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle, I'm using the saved search now and I'm running into an other problem. The results of the formula 'CASE WHEN {custbody_ste_transaction_type} = 'Tax Transaction Type' THEN {amount} ELSE 0 END' should always be positive, also if the source amount is a negative amount. Is this possible?
-
Hello @Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle, Thanks for the workflow! I've followed every step except the 'Display Type'. This one I've set to 'Hidden' so the option isn't visibele at all. Performance wise it should be better if it was adjustable in the form, but this workflow option is the best next thing.

Hello @John Griffin, I think I missed it the first time, I now see a 'Save and Execute' option in the Script Deployment screen. I have used this now and it works perfectly. Thank you again for your support!
-
Hello @John Griffin, Thank you for this tool! I've installed it and set the right Saved Search but I see no option to Execute the script. Is there anything else I should do? I'm logged in as Administrator.
-
Hello @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle! Thanks for your answer! This helps, but I noticed that this setting is only saved for the current sesssion. So the next time I log in, this setting is cleared. Is there a more permanent solution?
-
@Ivy Lopez-Oracle, it definitely clears things up, thank you! ?
-
Hello @Ivy Lopez-Oracle, Thanks for your answer, it's very clear. Additionally question; Does it work the same way with dates in the past?
-
Hello @Katerina Winklerova-Oracle, No further questions for now. I hope there will be a easier way to find the release notes of the bundles both from NetSuite and third parties. Thanks for our help!

Hello @Robert Nedelkow-Oracle, Thanks for the update, I've used it ?
