Still no response on this from NS - looks like it should work as above but actually isnt doing so!

Hi and thanks for responding. We'd done this but its not actually changing the GL code from the Item GL to that which I have chosen in the Workflow, although the log says it has! We've opened a ticket with support yesterday and will wait ....... Thanks in advance - will let you know the outcome.
