Yes. They show nothing. We also close our periods so no-one could have changed anything anyway.

Thank you for your solution. When I try that, no records are returned. When I just do it for that item, the only rows returned are a bunch of old item fulfillments. It's like it doesn't exist, which is why the update probably doesn't work, but I have a valid SO throwing that error.

A couple of ideas to try... 1) Can you bill the first 526 alone? Forcing it through the process might help. 2) Do an inventory adjustment in for the 526, finish fulfilling it and then do an additional inventory adjustment out for the 526, which should zero out in accounting. 3) Do you have the ability to delete all of the…
