Thanks for the link but this only tells me which WSDL versions are supported overall. My question was specifically about which protocols/versions the exchange rate providers use. As Netsuite haven't advised which integration may be using an obsolete WSDL version, I'd like to eliminate these providers as a possible source.

Hello everyone. I managed to resolve this issue be re-establishing the farapp dedicated user and associated netsuite api secret.

See this issue in different accounts - one customer is connecting to Magento2, the other Shopify.

Concur related ... We wrote a couple of SuiteScripts to pull out approved employee expense report data using the Concur API and create expense reports in NetSuite. Apart from the mechanics of managing tokens and mapping fields, hardest part is gathering the required info from the multiple endpoint versions.
