That's what is so weird, I have that in the custom role. I even tried to delete it and re-enter. No such luck. We do have wokrflows associated. Does that make a difference? Thanks

* Located in Tysons Corner, VA * Transitioning MAS clients over to Netsuite and several smaller Netsuite implementations. * Primarily I use the ERP but am working on learning workflows and anything else I can. * I still listen to 80's & 90's hair metal bands and enjoy going to live shows.

Thank you we ended up getting it to work. We had to modify our workflow a bit. It was just weird how it was working and then stopped:-)

Hi @"Shamaine Chan-Oracle" They are checked. I'm assuming that is what you are referring to as True and in workflows we do also have some set up. Until now they have been working and nothing to our knowledge has been revised. Thank you for your help.
