Hi, could you check the item form for the inventory item if you are able to see the ATP lead time on the location level in Purchasing/inventory subtab? if you dont see it on the form you dont see it on CSV that is the general step one for troubleshooting csv imports

Simple way to identify it is based on the importance of the data the field carries. If it is required everywhere no matter which form you have set it in. Please use the field level mandatory.
