Staying Connected During the Holidays
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

I'm been a NS Admin at an energy storage company in Virginia for over 6 months. We use One World, ERP and accounting functions. Some of our add-ins include Upaya and Avalara.
-
Also, along the same lines, what a timesheet template? I.e. template A would be 10 hours for task 1, 10 hours for task 2, 20 hours for task 3, etc.
-
We're investigating the Upaya scripts and formulas --thanks again.
-
Thanks for your interest. We have the Upaya Job Costing add-on, plug-in. How is the estimate being calculated when changing the unit cost? A: it's using the new rate. On a side note, from https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/netsuitecs_gs/NSPRJ/NSPRJ.pdf : If you also use Resource Allocations, check Allow Allocated…

Thanks

Well, you know best, but I was able to create a WBS and set a baseline budget on an existing project, though after entering time there was no change in EAC.
-
It appears that you can create one on an existing project, but it's not going to factor in previous time entry and/or transactions.
-
I found watching this video to be very helpful: https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/86370/kw/advanced%20projects
-
Thanks, will investigate. Can you use the WBS on an existing project, one that has tasks partially completed?

Issue with the upgrade to 2019.2
-
Apparently, there's an issue with the 2019.2 Release upgrade.
-
Strangely, there's not much in the NS Projects user manual on the use of sub-projects.
