@Alex Joves -Oracle @MoonK I did try using {transferlocation.id} = XXX but still get the same error I will try using a saved search for the condition. I appreciate all of your help

@Ramu Komireddy_9891 Thank you for that suggestion but I am not seeing anything like transfer location.

@Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle Sorry just getting a chance to circle back to this. I put my test customer on credit hold. Thank you for your assistance. I updated and created the workflow with the formula and see this in the custom field

Hi @Angela Bayliss I am just not circling back to this request. Would you mind sharing the workflow?
-
@Angela Bayliss Appreciate the help. I will give the workflow a shot.
-
@Angela Bayliss Yes. So I would need to create a workflow to display if the customer is on hold or a formula?
-
@Angela Bayliss Thanks Angela! I would need to apply a formula as well, correct? Since i am not able to use the saved search.

@CristianCiz We are looking for something like this. I did for my previous company a long time ago but don't recall how to format so it is bold on the customer record
-
Hi @CristianCiz Thanks for the quick reply. We would like to have the custom entity field on the customer record bold. I am using a saved search in the validation & defaulting. Is there a way to accomplish the formatting on the custom entity record?
