Rahul_Thakur, I don't believe so. Once a Bill is cancelled in the UI, you can't reinstate it, so I doubt that you can reinstate it in code either.

That's correct, that's what I'm resorting to now, but it is not exactly what they want. A rejected vendor bill can still be edited, unless I add a workflow to Lock it. Do you mean using a search to locate it? I can't use execution context because we need it to run on edit in any context, but only if created by Web Services.
