  • Thanks @Lucia Siska-Oracle, that worked. We have an alternate financial year set up so the FY2023 period which I was trying to use was not coming up with anything. Removing the period restriction has solved the problem Thanks again!

  • Hi @Lucia Siska-Oracle The instructions you linked to require the selection of AR Locked under step 9. Filter on the criteria tab. I have followed the instructions to that point but have no option to select AR Locked: I also don't have Accounting Periods Fields... per the next step Any thoughts? Thanks
