Just created by adding a new customer and linking them via parent account to customer B. Nothing unusual I can see. This is happening for all 3rd level customers.

Hi Katerina, we have "Apply Payments Through Top-Level Customers Only" set to False. All 3 customers are part of the same subsidiary but the invoices do not appear for level 3. Level 2 customer was a Lead but is now a customer and still will not appear. Also is prepaid but that has never caused concern at 2 levels. We also…
