Hello @Trixie Amora-Oracle, Not the exact error but very close. "This time entry cannot be deleted because it has been charged." The original workaround has worked for this error but it did not work today on two entries. Even though those entries are Unbilled / Open.

@Micah Timbol-Oracle I've used the workaround in the past and it works great BUT it's not working for me right now. I'm not sure what to try next. Any thoughts?

Hello @Vernita This is what I had originally setup in my criteria: It's everything in the parenthesis that is causing the issue. I removed the parenthesis and fields, replacing them with this Formula (Numeric) case statement: The formula is doing the same thing as choosing each field individually within the criteria. Hope…

Hello! My workaround for this to work is removing the expressions and using a Formula (Numeric) with a Case statement.
