@Judith Culanding-Oracle The field is set by a workflow in the SO record on create and automatically populated (by the system) in all records created from any record associated with that Sales Order. I would figure this was an easy task but I have yet been able to achieve linking all transaction related to a sales Order to…

Its a list record type

Any update on this request, is it just unachievable?

Thank you for the follow up. Unfortunately, it only works for customers that are not using that classification. Regardless, That is a very clever method (I wish I had thought of it), Kudos! -James

Sorry but No, I have not seen a solution

The Exception Criteria must keep the PO Connection check to run on VB without PO. The issue is we need all VB created from PO to run through an Approval, regardless of all Criteria. Currently all VB created from PO are Automatically Approved because they always match the Exception Criteria.

Thank you for the continued efforts, I do appreciate it. There is a single Rule on a Subsidiary and No Saved Search used in the Rule. I've installed SA for years and the Advanced Approvals before this but it’s the first time I had a customer wanting SA to force Approvals on VB from Purchase Orders. Logically I don't think…

Again, 3-way is not installed and there is no WF running on the VB record except for SuiteApprovals. Approval for VB (without PO) works as expected. The customer needs VB created from PO to also go through the process but All VB created from PO are automatically approved, regardless. The only way to have a VB from a PO to…

We are not running multiple approval processes. Only SA is installed, no custom or 3-way workflows are running. Customer is not using approval for PO, Just VB. Freestanding VB work as expected but VB generated from PO are Auto-Approving as they are not changing the VB. The Customer wants All VB to go through Approval,…

Perhaps no workflow is needed. I think you can set a condition on a Saved Search to email a notice when an Item on a transaction (in whatever status) "...falls below a certain level." if the certain level is a Reorder point, Price point or so other data on the Item record. What is the data point you are wanting to trigger…

Can you not use a Saved Search as a condition to trigger a specific event?

Nothing yet, I was hoping for some feedback but so far nada. Perhaps I didn't post the question in the correct place and it has not been noticed.

I would also like a see the script for this if available. Thank You,

Thank you! That put me on track!

Got it! The part hanging me up was associating the Project back into the originating Opportunity. A support call fixed that. Thank you for the assistance.

I think there is an Enhancement... :h_a_w: We have been asking for a while. We are still having to ask Sales to print a separate T&C page manually and it doesn't always get done (surprisingly).

We have formed an New Atlanta Users Group. Just FYI. http://atlnsug.org/ First meeting on the 24th of April 2014.

Thanks for the replies and those that made it to the round table at lunch today. I have the paperwork in hand to get the ball rolling. If you have any further questions or know someone who may be interested please give them my email. jmcmanus@unifiedav.com

I'm also in the Atlanta area. It sounds like a good idea. I don't think that there is a local group yet. Let me know if you want to organize something. -Thomas Just FYI, The Atlanta User group was just Incorporated, just waiting for the official OK from Netsuite. More to come.

Update. As of now, we are still on hold. NetSuite is to approve our user group proposal and provide feedback and further instructions. (Thanks to Sanna for all of the work to make this happen) More details to come.
