Hi, Thank you both for the feedback. I actually found out that on custom record there is a checkbox of "Include In Global Search", which ensures that nobody can find it in Global Search even though they have permission for it. Best regards, Jan

Hi Michelle, Thank you for the answer. Removing performing search permission would remove the global search completely which works but employees use it quite a lot so looking for some other way to just not display the results of bank details or possible having some WF or script to hide the data if they visit it?
