I'm also curious if anything has been done here. We have just begun to use the email features in Netsuite and during my testing it was discovered that there are no notifications for bounced emails on "manually triggered emails" (emails not part of an email campaign). This is unacceptable. Where can I find bounced emails?

Yes. Found this issue today while trying to build some workflow. Couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong...turns out, I wasn't. System becomes unresponsive every time I populate the Company field on an Event record while open for Edit. Need resolution. Has there been an update on status since 1-20-2017 (T.Waltz above)?
