Staying Connected During the Holidays
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Create saved search of type 'Saved System Note'. To avoid many results on load filter to relative date of 'past week' and filter to a single 'set by' user. Add Date and Set By as filters so that you can manipulate results accordingly.
-
In Administrator role: Setup > Company > Sandbox Accounts If you have any sandbox accounts, the option is in the General section. If you choose All Users, after refresh you will see all users with access in sandbox as they were in production.
-
When requesting sandbox refresh you have an option 'Access After Sandbox Refresh'. Choose 'All Users' or 'Administrators Only'. If you choose All Users, all users will have access, including any custom roles.

In Administrator role: Setup > Users/Roles > View Login Audit Trail

I think your first statement is correct, give it a test to confirm. Schedule tab only applies if you're sending emails according to schedule. It's two different perspectives: You want a single daily report of all orders on that day that fit the criteria, OR You want multiple alerts, one each time an order is created that…
-
I don't think the schedule set will do anything for you because you haven't selected 'Send emails according to schedule'. To make 'Send when record is created/updated' work, uncheck Send on Update in Recipients from Results or on recipients in Specific Recipients.

Thank you, that clarifies the flow. Two questions: Now consider if the source subsidiary is dropshipping products from the vendor. How can we automate the transactions - this is a lot of manual work for one txn.
-
Since the two subsidiaries in question represent two separate legal entities in two separate countries there must be bill of sale to transfer title of goods. Understood that the cross-charging via journal entries can work under one entity with multiple subsidiaries. The accounting works no matter the entities, but what…

Unfortunately replies to Transactions are not integrated into Cases in Netsuite. We used to create a Case via workflow if/when customer responds to Transaction. The alternative, or if you don't use Cases in Netsuite, is to set up a saved search for Messages that are incoming and are related to Transactions, and add it as a…

Wouldn't you need to set a formula into the template to calculate days overdue per line? It would look something like ( ( {.now}?datetime("yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssZ")?long - {duedate}?datetime("yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssZ")?long ) / (1000 * 60 * 60 * 24) )?int…

{systemnotes.field} is the actual id. If {total} is a valid field id on your record then you'd see 'total' as a value of {systemnotes.field} if/when the field was set or changed on that record. To get value of record {total} from systemnotes you need to search for systemnotes on the record with {systemnotes.field} that…
