this fixed it. now i just need to move 3,000+ items into their respective bins

ah i didn't think of checking at the location level. ill give that a shot and hopefully its that simple of a fix!

is there a place to change this? the only option i have found for use bins for inventory items is the check box on the item page. i haven't found an option for each location but it may be our template is not showing this?

@Tigran Shahnazaryan yes i can see a list of saved search last run on data but im looking specifically for reports and when they were last run. trying to clear out our reports page of many that are outdated and have inactive results on them

when i enter just this into a new saved search it does not show report history but rather shows each time a saved search has been ran. when trying to filter the results to show reports it comes back with nothing in the results.

it was the errors for required fields that were causing it to not create the transaction. problem solved!
