ChirsDenison, we are aware of the issue but our Engineers already fixed it since it is a blocking problem to most of our customer. If ever you encounter the same problem again, you may file a case for Netsuite Customer Support.

If you're referring to the Invoice Custom Form, then the form is always stored in the record. Basically, the form selected upon saving an Invoice record will also be used upon viewing. I would suggest if you try to customize the custom role's forms permission (Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles) and only enable the Custom…
