You could create custom fields as check boxes that represent all the "to do" items and create a work flow that does not allow it to go to pending fulfillment until all the boxes are checked. Just a thought...
-
You may want to check out the bundle/suiteapp "Warranty and Repairs Management" #51007. Has 52 installs
-
I did something previous that was a checklist for new items going onto our website (Copy, SEO, Photos, review)
-
Yes, that was my thought. Don't know if actually possible but just a thought.
-
Actually, the messages, activities are "really" attached to the lead. When you create an opportunity, the Lead changes to a Prospect and all the attachments, messages, etc are still there. Just check the Prospect record.
-
Jim, Can you use the same related items from SO?
-
Jim, You already have my cell so call if you want me to try anything. Traveling to your neck of the woods (well a little farther-NYC) tomorrow. Will have WiFi on the plane so drop me an email.
-
We use RAPOS but only in one store currently. I might still be able to answer your questions. Will send private message with contact info.
-
Should be able to create an alert on the customer/lead using the system notes
-
How about creating a non-inventory item with the description you need?
-
We have the same problem but happens when we update a customer record or employee. NetSuite is populating the password field (but not the re-enter password field) so when we go to save the record we get the error. If we blank it out the record can be saved.
-
Go to original customer form in NetSuite. When in edit mode, check the access tab. Is something populated in first password field?
-
On a related note we have been google apps since June 2011 and we just found this tool to back up your email, calendar, contacts and docs. 14 day free trial... http://spanningbackup.com

We are also users of their Cloud Extend and their Excel Smart Client tools. Our Customer Care and our Direct Sales folks find it invaluable. When a customer sends in an email regarding an order or problem, they are able to quickly identify the customer or order in NetSuite. They have even learned to manually enter search…

Only other option I can guess is that they may be linked to 2 different Task forms? If role B has a form where that field is Disabled or Inline text then that might also cause this.
-
You could create some new Center Tabs, and you can add more Trend Graphs on each of those. They'd just have to click over to see other Trend Graphs. Under preferences you can also change where your initial landing page goes to.
-
I am assuming the screen shots are using the view that already has access? The little pencil icon next to the field name indicates Inline Editing is on.
-
Does the reminder include a link to the results? If it does, that should take you to the search that created it. If you have only one entry, change your user preference to Show List When Only One Result (Under Analytics tab)

Evan, Very good webinar today on the KPI's, scorecards, meters, etc. They did do a great job on creating Center Tabs as well as the need to plan, plan, plan also. Once the recording gets posted it will be required viewing for my managers requesting customized KPIs
-
Create a custom Center Tab. Under Content, click subtab Portlet. Add as many of each type you want understanding that the more you add, the longer the page load is. I have created a Center Tab for each departmental Manager that the CEO can also see. When they meet they are all looking at the same reports, searches, KPIs,…

Were you able to create the search but not have it display in the Portlet? If yes, you might be missing the filter customer Internal ID.
-
In a past life (my last job) we were trying to go live with Site Builder and just could not get a sufficiently usable website (shipping options, responsive, add-ons, etc) and we decided to initially integrate our existing website in XCart using FarApp (GREAT people, service). We had that setup for about a year which worked…

Interestingly enough, in today's NetSuite February Newsletter... "Test Your Site's Performance with WebPagetest "…
-
Odd. I am assuming your web store is a NetSuite web store?
-
It should be in main body of the form. (see attachment)
-
Mind you this is from 2012 and may have changed... The interface to the item matrix setup in celigo was not really intuitive and you needed to know the internal IDs of the Matrix option. Once the matrix options were setup properly, we were able to update items in (mostly) real time. Totally depends on the sizing of the…

Are you using SCA? Which version? was your website implemented by NetSuite Professional services? Check checkout.ssp file make sure environmentParameters.push('X-SC-Touchpoint=checkout') exists on the code. My customers was done using NetSuite Professional Services.
-
I Think you need to have the Give Access checked in order to do that. You can do a CSV import to bring in all the customers, check the give access, and force a default password. They I would guess they can do the request password? (Although in thinking about it, normal users have to answer the security questions before…

Kurt, Yes! One of my customers was encountering this also. Never thought it might be the UPS integration though. I will check with them to see if still happening. Our problem when we reported to NetSuite support was we could not consistently reproduce.

Ok, is it on Elbrus? There was a line on Elbrus out of the box that was removed on some Professional Services projects that causes this issue. May not be your case but just in case, check checkout.ssp file and look for that piece of code, I think in Elbrus it should be in line 71…
