Well, I can no longer use SuiteAnswers. I am NOT in an account specific domain but am still on 2018.2.

Same here. Cannot enter transactions. Date does not auto fill. If you enter todays date the screen freezes

Gedded, I 100% agree with EVERYTHING you just wrote. Unfortunately I know users have become immune to the message. If doing as a scheduled report or alert saved search results I will, many times, select as CSV instead of Excel. But I do like the fact that subtotals using the XML format are actually formulas in the excel…

You get that message because even though the file extension is ".xls" it is really XML data under the covers. This happens any time you try to open a NetSuite export in excel format. It is unfortunate Excel does not give the ability to say Don't Show Me The Error Again.

I have customers in California, Chicago and Seattle that are down. 2 are Suite Commerce Sites. Great to have this happen at busiest time of holiday web shopping

I know this may be a stretch but we just had this with another customer. They were printing other documents and set the reduce size to 80% in their printer settings. Then all of their checks started print incorrectly because they were being reduced. Once they realized and set it back to 100%, all was good.

We had some progress on the email address shown to customers! They can see our company email address now. However, when they hit "Reply", the "To" field shows "messages.4653728.5597.f0aed09e94@messages.na3.netsuite.com". I had a customer start having issues with the new release as there are changes to the DKIM setup. Have you tried to click Verify DNS Entry? They had to recreate their DKIM setup

Try using the default Warehouse role and if it works, compare to that. But with that being said, I do not believe there is a permission that does not allow negative adjustments.

It means that the account you keyed is invalid OR when you started typing, you didn't click on the account. When typing, if you see the full account show below where you are typing, select the account with a down arrow to highlight before tabbing out

Bluebird, That is so the email links back to the transaction you sent it from (or entity) and then gets forwarded to the user.

Actually, if the Domain Keys and related are set up it should in fact show your email address.

I saw that the Status page says power outage but I find that VERY hard to believe. Either the generators didn't kick in within 15 minutes, or they may not be accurate in their status page description. I have 9 customers down still. 1 is brand new to NetSuite for just over a month and not happy in the least.

Alex, Thanks. Yes, I checked (and saved) then unchecked (and saved). Same results. Only on enhanced PDF/HTML. Switched temporarily to the standard forms but the customer does custom imprinting which is not available to be printed on standard. Cheers, J2

Any Matrix item my customer created yesterday has no accounts from the parent (Asset, COGS, Income). All blank. Cannot add to a sales order or PO.

It actually turned out that the customer had someone change the Income Accounts on all their items to point to a COGS account. Same here. Status.NetSuite showed resolved and then 20 minutes later now show down only NA West but all my customers affected from NYC to California and Edmonton Canada

By chance do you also have a duplicate email as either a lead or prospect? We had same issue until we made lead inactive.

I know I have had issues where users have set their default preferences for List Segments or Entries in Dropdowns to some god awful high number. I can also attest to PC's making a huge difference. My personal laptop loads lists and searches easily 50% faster than my work supplied laptop even though my work PC is hard wired…
