That is correct. Right now in the form, I have the sales rep field disabled so that it's greyed out. We don't want that field to be changeable anyway. However, it is not pulling the information from the customer record…it's going by the user. This is the workflow I did that doesn't change the outcome.

No, i cannot access it through that route. When i select search (as opposed "new") on the final drop down, I get the error message i posted previously in this thread. I am logged in as Administrator. My colleague, who also has Administrator status, has the same problem!!
