Nevermind! I just realized it's listed as SHIP VIA even though the field on the Sales Order Form is called Shipping Method.

Looking for "Shipping Item Name" as opposed to "Shipping Method" (even though it shows as "Shipping Method" on the Sales Order transaction form) did the trick! Thanks!
