Hi Joy, Thanks for the insightful response. Unfortunately our sales order ship date cannot be the criteria, as we ship and fulfill based on the work order. We could have several hundred assemblies and inventory items on the same sales order, and only 10 (for example) would ship out at once. This is why we need the work…

Hi Joy! Your understanding of the situation is correct. The VIN Placeholder is a custom column on the line item level of the Sales Order. Best, Kaitlyn
