Hi Richard I have just sent a support request to our provider, JCurve, and asked them to lodge it with NetSuite support. Kane

The "new" NetSuite bank matching is so broken. I have the exact same problem but I have figured out why - although it's still un-usable even if I workaround the issue. You need to go to your Tax Codes page (Setup -> Accounting -> Tax Codes), open Tax Code with Internal ID 7 and I bet you'll find that the "AVAILABLE ON"…

Hello @"Michelle Jabanes-Oracle" We have already set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC policies for our domain. They have been verified using numerous services and have validated successfully. In the link you provided Email Best Practices | Answer Id: 9429 - contained in the "Five Golden Rules For Outbound Email" table is #4 which…

Hi there We are having the exact same issue. Our domain/DNS has SPF and DKIM set up and verified to be correct. When sending Purchase Order emails from NetSuite we've found that many do not get delivered. They do not even get to the recipient's spam folder. Upon forwarding the exact same message via Outlook the email…

Just wanted to close off this thread by saying that NetSuite did identify the issue on THEIR END and fixed it a few days after it was reported.

Hi 4209550 There is not a built-in feature within NetSuite to do this, however, it sounds like you have all the data necessary to automate the process - which would save you a ton of time! If you are interested in having a custom-built solution you can contact me at kane@drawingblacklines.com.au Please feel free to contact…

Hi L.Walsh, For anyone else that needs a workaround, hopefully this will help you! Here is the workaround I have developed: You'll need to create two custom transaction body fields, and a User Event Script. FIELD ONE * Name: "Old Shipping Cost (saved value before load)" (you can chose anywhere you want here.) * ID:…

OMG. Thank you. I have been going over everything trying to figure out what is causing this and thinking that we couldn't be the only one. We've been using NetSuite since 2014 and this issue has first occurred on the June 13, the same day as you mentioned. On random occasions since the 13th, definitely NOT every occasions,…

Hi there You've got the same problem I posted over a year ago at https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/forum/platform-areas/customization/suitescript-custom-code/418033-accessing-address-subrecord Unfortunately, I never worked out a solution. Good luck. Hopefully someone figures this out. Maybe time to explore doing this in…
-
PS. I can't just workaround this by looking up the address on the Customer Record because sometimes the addresses are custom and not stored on the customer's record.
-
Hi Kane, Any luck to access the custom fields on the address subrecord via client scripts? No, I never got this working :(
-
seifer We are having the same issue, did you figure out what it was? Hi David No. NetSuite support still have not figured out the cause of this. I am convinced it is a defect in their system, they are not convinced though. They keep on talking about "all the custom scripts running in our account." However, I have…

Support is actively investigating this case and provided an update this morning. It looks like several scripts are running on the inventory record but Support will test this further and follow up with you. Yes, thank you Robert. I was a little annoyed when I got an email response telling me to check the support articles…

Hi Kane, yes exactly every 5 minutes 5,000 items each time. This sounds like it might be the same problem. I have just sent an email reply to my current open case and brought this to the attention of NetSuite support. I don't know if they'll look into it unless you log your own support case. Isuggest you do open a support…

No workflows or mass updates are happening. Bear in mind, this is occuring EVERY 5 MINUTES. I don't even think it would be possible for any kind of script to access/update that many Item Records in 5 minutes. NetSuite Support phoned me and I shared my screen with them. We looked over things for about 30 minutes and the…

We are having huge issues with something that has changed within NetSuite sometime approximately around 09/06/2018 2:11:23 pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) From that time onwards, we've seen thousands of update requests pushed through our Celigo integrator. Almost all of our Item Records are having there…

NETSUITE SUPPORT are trying to close the case without a solution. This is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. NETSUITE SUPPORT, if you are reading this: THIS IS A DEFECT IN YOUR PRODUCT THAT IS COSTING US MONEY. Please URGENTLY see to support case# 3163072 and find a real solution.

NetSuite support are still trying to figure this out. They have confirmed that it's not being caused by a script or workflow on our account. Slow progress here.........

I have disabled many of our scripts that we use for day-to-day operations to try and narrow down if the issue is caused by one of those. SO FAR, STILL NOT WORKING. It is the same exact 4,380 items having their "Last Modified" date changed every 5 minutes. I have opened a NetSuite support case and am awaiting reply. (Case#…

seifer Do the System Notes show any changes to the items? No, the System Notes show no changes :(
