Staying Connected During the Holidays
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

@Tigran Shahnazaryan Sorry for the delayed response, but per the limitation highlighted this will not work for my needs. I currently use the value as a key component in a different saved search that is used for a Reminder. Today I'm doing a weekly CSV import to update the field. Current Limitations for Summary Search…

@Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle @Tigran Shahnazaryan I have not had a chance to try it out yet.

@Tigran Shahnazaryan thank you for the response, question, how do I get the results of a calculated field in a saved search into the non-stored custom field? The calculations are coming from transaction table and the custom field I ultimately want to populate is in the Item Location Configuration table.

Kan-Ban is a non-system, visual replenishment method based on simple min/max for items that have already been removed and expensed out of Inventory. We have stock on shelves, freezers and refrigerators in the labs and when the quantity reaches a min value, the person taking the inventory place a small card with the part…
-
@MTL_MIA Thanks for the feedback and it aligns with what I have found out also myself. We do use the replenish location by transfer order for our more expensive items that we actually count. But many of our lower value items and high movers we have set-up Kan-Ban cards and it's the pick process for those where being able…

Not exactly like original poster, but we use Inv. Adjustments to issue material to other groups out of the stockroom. We are a molecular diagnostic testing lab, so no finished goods shipping, but we have a warehouse full of inventory used to support lab operations. We also don't use work orders to track consumption (they…

How to create an internal sales order where we can change where the costs are charged, i.e. department and specific expense account vs. a COGS account? And also populate the sales order with the current item cost, in our case we use average costs?

@Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle This seemed to work!! Sorry for the delayed reply, but I was OOO last week. Thanks again! Karel
-
I have added it. It is one of the locations where we used to have inventory of that specific lot, but no longer do.
-
Thank you @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle But I tried that route originally and I still have Lots that show up on the list that still have a quantity on hand. It seems very location specific, so it will show locations with zero on hand, rather than when there is zero on hand across all locations. I attached a few screen shots.…

Hi Niks Blando-Oracle, the above worked, but what I really need to pull into the saved search is the individual adjusted quantity field as I have highlighted in my original note. What is the field name for that field in a Cycle Count?
-
This looks like it could work or at least get me close, but when I created the Saved Search as directed in SAID: 63516 I received an error for the formula in the criteria section "Your formula has an unrecognized field in it. Please go back and correct." I cut & pasted directly from the 63516. Additionally, if I removed…
