Thank you for your detailed reply. I will inform my client about this issue.

I am referring to this saved search. Due to data migration, the disposal date cannot be updated. As a result, when we run this disposal search, it does not reflect the correct date.
-
Yes, I have completed this testing. However, during data migration it is necessary to reopen all closed periods so that the disposed asset can capture the actual disposal date. And this this process will also generate the corresponding disposal journal .
-
@Ramu Komireddy_9891, Can I display it, or is this restricted by the system on the disposal date, preventing manual updates? Regards, Karen
-
@Ayitah Tallada-Oracle Yes, I followed the guideline, but there is no mention of the disposal date. My concern is that the standard disposal report does not generate the correct disposal date. I would like to know if there are any alternative methods to handle this issue. Thanks, Karen
-
Thank you Jeanne. Follow your suggested steps. I am now able to create the new asset by CSV import and generate the schedule. Regards, Karen
-
Thank you Angela. I downloaded a new template from system suggested and change the date format to match with my NetSuite preference and now able to disposal the asset via CSV. Thanks.
-
OK. Thanks for your update.
-
Yes. The customer record is intended for a specific department, and for security reasons we would like to restrict access for users from other departments. I hope someone in this community can advise on how to achieve this.
-
Hi Todd, No worries. So, the only way to enable departmental restrictions is through customization? Regards, Karen
-
Hi Todd, I configured the role permission to “Department – own and subordinates only.” However, in the Customer master, only Subsidiary can be assigned. Since the Department field cannot be linked to the customer, all users within the same Subsidiary are still able to view every customer record, regardless of department.…

@Angela Bayliss @Tigran Shahnazaryan Thank you both of you, I will suggest this way to our client. Thanks.

Hi @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle Thanks for your update. If I use the ‘Write Check’ option with a custom check format, does that mean the printed check record will not be linked to the payment voucher?
-
Thank you all. After select the 'Expand Account Lists', I am able to select the fixed asset account to Bill now.
-
I’ve reinstalled the bundles, and everything is working again. I tested it, and I can now perform depreciation and other functions successfully. Thank you so much for your advice!
-
Thank you Angela, I will uninstall it and reinstall it today. I'll keep you posted.
-
Currently, we are doing the testing in the sandbox and we have 3 assets only and 1 already disposed.
-
@Angela Bayliss Thank you very much for your help. We have logged a service ticket with NS Support but have not received a reply yet. As this setup and testing is urgent, could you please let me know if there is anything we can do to troubleshoot in the meantime?
-
On the asset, I cannot see the Depreciation History subtab, it was here yesterday, but after the bundle 100% installed, the subtab was missing , so i can't see any depreciation Histories. The form was default, how to switch to Standard view? I can't see other form can be selected. And here is the Fixed Asset Setup.

Attached the screen shot for your review. Also, it was missing a Lease & Deprecation History subtab.
