Anyone who is following this thread… I figured out a solution. May not be the best, but it works. Strangely, I had to do this because I had items where the purchase lead time was set higher than 365 at time of the ILC creation I have a scheduled script I run that deletes ILC (Item Location Configuration) records once I…

Jumping on this thread. Honestly, in over 15 years of using NetSuite, I have never gotten this error. It seems to be related to acquisition items we brought on with old POs that needed to be cleaned up - as well as the excessive lead times we were dealing with during COVID. Either way, it's ridiculous that I can't update…

@TThompson-CM , this environment is a newby ;) Only 2019. I heard back from Netsuite and have been attached to the defect referenced in this thread. Unfortunately they're slating it a U4, so who knows when it'll be fixed. If you're going back to 2007 with that many transactions, you should probably look into NetSuite's…

Having the same issue since Friday, the 22nd. CASE #5386439 created. Although, when I change my preferences from using periods, the issue doesn't resolve. This is not a "business down" issue, but pretty much all of our management team regularly reviews their KPIs so this is causing additional work to get quick information.

Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle Yes, these tags were used in the Marketing Template directly. As far as steps, I'm not sure how much I could elaborate. The use of tags is the same throughout all templates even when use of logic may differ. The tags need to be included wherever needed in the template, including the standard…

In case anyone finds this thread looking for the same information I was, I found a solution. I guess it's become available since 2008 ;) I didn't check sales rep signature, but last time I tried to do that a year or so ago, I was told by NS Support that it didn't work. Both of these work for a contact level marketing…

Same here. I'm on hold with NS Support right now, but any NS moderators PLEASE provide an update on this immediately. I've got 70+ users losing their minds right now. Who pushes out / deploys something like this at 9 in the morning!!? It pops up on EVERY SINGLE new page opened.

I'm adding to this conversation because it appears to also be relevant to centralized purchasing. We've recently enabled this and have discovered that although the main functions of PO/IR/Vendor Bill work as expected with just a header subsidiary and location - the header information is not transferring to any standard…

First, on any item type other than Inventory, if you don't want to have to fulfill the items on an order order the item record itself needs to be set up with the "Can be fulfilled" checkbox unchecked. Otherwise, you're telling Netsuite you WANT to fulfill that item. I can't remember if you can uncheck this after the…

I know this is an old post, but looking to see if anyone has any information on Merchant e-Solutions has plans for a chip reader version? Or other options besides the standard USB swipe? We're having ongoing issues with incorrect card readings and other errors, and want to see what the options are.

Thanks for the feedback @Mark Oruga-Oracle , I appreciate it. Maybe the ILC searches I was trying to delete were from a bundle... Unfortunately, we had about 250 searches (not 50) installed with our initial implementation - with tons of other fields and reports - so I don't have an option to uninstall the bundle. I've…

@3961055 This is a few years late, but I actually was able to create a very simple scheduled script that WILL mass delete saved searches based on similar scripts used for record deletion. Although my current system isn't as out of control with saved searches, I previously worked on a system where it was in the 6-7000 range…

Hello @User_M0EVU , I don't know if this is an option, but we use the card swipe function offered by one of the available payment processors, Merchant-e Solutions. It's not perfect though... which is why I'm on this board. The card readers are not very good and often don't read. Plus, they're USB, although I just read that…

Spoke too soon - down again: TIME STAMP 22/2/2022 @ 12:44:10 GMT 5 0.36fbda17.1645551840.197fa7c8

Thanks @KaylaM , THAT'S where they're hiding it now. Years ago I believe it was on the billing info tab. Yup, we're definitely Seattle!
-
Says it's resolved, and I can confirm that I (at least) can log back in. Thanks for the quick resolution. Can we not have this happen again in a month ;)
-
Last month when this happened, the status said it was the Seattle data center - even though our business is based just outside of Boston. Anyone from NetSuite on here? Tried to submit a case and got an error. Just reviewed and it looks like it was the Boston center that was down last month. AND, there was an issue…
-
This is definitely not just a Seattle situation. Please provide more information on the issue and expected time to resolve.

Same here - we're in several states, but based out of Massachusetts.
