I'm not versed in Workflows, but a colleague of mine mentioned that Workflows can't hide in Saved Searches and datasets, and there's an enhancement request: 213043 Lists > Relationships > Vendors > List > Mask Tax ID of a vendor record (individual) as system pulls up SSN (not sure if this information is the same…

Thanks, Angela, for your input! With that solution, would it prevent users from seeing the Tax ID values in a Saved Search or a custom Report if Tax ID is added to the Saved Search or a custom Report?
