I would like to be able to have a drop down with the actual period names since other users will be utilizing the report. Is there a way to get Posting Period as a filter option?

This actually didn't work fully. She is not able to see all the items I can. What would be causing that?

The user already has those accesses put the transactions do not show up in her transactions bar under any of the options. Is it because her role is a Shipping Center Role?

Another way to phrase this may be how do we close off inventory transactions while still being able to post entries. Currently it looks like the period has to be locked in order to prevent any inventory related transactions. We are looking for a way around this to keep the period open for Journal Entries but everything…

When she types in a PO number in the search bar it doesn't come up for her but it does for me when I use her role. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with a saved search or list. How would I check a restriction in department, location, or class? Her employee record is setup exactly like mine.

Hi @Shamaine Chan-Oracle , That does not show as an option either. I am guessing there is a setting that needs to be changed somewhere.

@Shamaine Chan-Oracle I don't see Transactions, Payments as an option and I couldn't find it in setup.

@Ivy Lopez-Oracle we experience this occasionally. But there is nothing indicating why it is doing this.

I am not sure this answers my question. What causes the WO to show on the Detail page? I have seen where an order is not completed until the next day but it shows up for the prior day on the Detail page.

What option should I select? None seem to go with Sales Rep or Partner.

1. none - default already selected 2. This is the only user 3. There are other users experiencing the same issue but under other roles 4. No restricted items in global permissions. 5. Yes

We are getting an error about the subsidiary being null even though we have included. First screenshot is the file and the second is what the error returned is.

Thank you but this did not return the results anticipated. We have a report that we have written that includes all the information we need except for the sales order created date. How do we get that date added?

Thank you. We tried the advice in the below screenshoot and put the assemblies in a row format but it only took the last row when updating. What is meant by lateral format? Or is there something else we are doing wrong?

I tried moving the memo below the columns section and it still does not expand the rows for the memo line. How do I get the memo line to be more than 1 row?

I went in to customize and it did add row width but it is now jumbled on the invoice.
